We will arrive at the point of reception of the coffee, where we will start with the process as such, in addition, the pertinent explanation will be made about the processes of pulping and washing the product. Own explanations will be made about the different processes used for the drying of the grains, which will be illustrated in the patios, with the solar static and in the different structures destined for this purpose. You will be shown the final process that the coffee will undergo to be packed and later put up for sale. In this place it will be possible to feel the aroma, the texture and in the future the taste even through tasting. The use of coffee waste is illustrated through the production of organic fertilizer with the use of worms, in this way it will be possible to show the effort we make for the conservation of the environment and the maximization of resources. In addition, a small sandwich will be provided that includes, among other things, our hot coffee and the house special (cold coffee) so that you can enjoy the excellent quality of our coffee.

We will take a tour of the center of Nicoya where you can see colonial churches. We will end our tour with a delicious lunch at the market.
